HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
We Ship 6 days a week including some Saturdays, so most likely your balloons will ship same day. Standard shipping will take about 3-5 business days for my USA customers. (Canada please expect 4-7 days) (Europe can take about 10-14 days)
DO YOU OFFER FASTER SHIPPING?
I offer 2-3 Priority Upgrades on all orders.
For examples, If you need your balloons This Saturday, Wednesday would be the absolute cut off day for it to to make it on time.
JUST PAID AND NEED MY ORDER THIS WEEKEND, WILL IT MAKE IT ON TIME?
Since i am located in Huntington Beach, CA, your location will help answer this question:
For example, if you placed your order Monday and you are located in the East Coast, most likely your order will arrive Saturday or sooner.
However, if you are in the West Coast, you should expect to receive your order by about Wed-Thurs.
**PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, just because you've received your orders lightness fast in the past, does not always mean it will happen again.
USPS is run by humans = human error can occur.
***Make Sure your Address is 100% correct (No Missing Apt #, Ste, etc)

WHEN DO YOU STOP SHIPPING?
I usually leave for the Post Office at about 530PM Pacific Time. If you Need Your orders shipped today, Please Try to order before this time!!! If your Order is TIME SENSITIVE, ADD A MESSAGE AT CHECKOUT with your party date so i am aware you need this out ASAP.
CUSTOMIZING YOUR ORDER?
All my balloons are pre-printed at the factory, therefore i cannot do any personalizations. We can swap out any balloons for any colors that you prefer, Just add a message at checkout if you want to any color changes to your order.
