    Modern Masters Metal Effects Primer is a one of a kind water-based acrylic primer. Specifically designed to block Metal Effects Patina Aging Solutions and Rust Activators from reaching the wood, metal or reactive substrate. Other primers cannot be used due to solutions/activators penetrating the surface and damaging color and finish.
