These clear Balloons once filled with air or helium are
24 INCHES
not 20 or 18 inch or 12 inch as most vendors are selling !! They can still be filled to 20 or 10 or 18 inches if you need that size. Since they are 24 inches in circumference they won't  burst upon filling as the 20 or 10 inch or 18 inch might do because they are small !
You need to use a pump and not be afraid to fill them up to 24 inches in total circumference. It might look like they will not make it to 24 inches in total circumference but they really can be filled to that size with a balloon pump or bicycle pump.
They also can be filled with Candy or Chocolates and hung up as a pinata and are very easy for children to break open great for Birthday's; even the little ones can do it; great for any fiesta or party !
