I originally purchased in 2007 at the Disney Store.  Unopened and unused.  No snags. 91% polyester 9% spandex.  Actual cover measures 15.5 by 9.5 inches.  For books  8 by 9.5 inches.  Package comes with 2 covers. Overall length of the package is 12.75. The fuchsia cardboard backing is bent, but the product is fine.
