Up for sale is a set of custom modded headphone replacement grilles for all Hifiman round ear-cup design models with removable 85mm /3.35" speaker grilles.
Hiifman's original grilles have been used in many other HiFiMan products and are notoriously obstructive to sound, shrinking the sound stage and making the sound more metallic.
These offset hexagon aluminum grilles improves sound-stage, imaging and airiness and removes the restrictive and metallic sound of Hifiman's factory grilles.
It's like a breath of fresh air for your headphones.

Has 77% airflow- to -23% material ratio, with 1/4" hexagon holes with 9/32" staggered centers.

*Due to the nature of the offset honeycomb design and the intersecting circumference of the grille, there will be areas at the end that are open on the edge which is completely normal.
*Do not purchase these if your Hifiman headphones do not have removable round 85mm grilles or if your not  comfortable installing these.
**PLEASE DON'T FORCE THESE ON **when installing, so you don't bend them as the open honeycomb structure allows for very little material/mass.
*Could have some minor edges and variances as these are homemade.
