Instructions
Step 1: Cut a small hole on the confetti packet, the balloon have a wide opening to pour the confetti into.
Step 2: Fill balloon and use a hand pump (will not float in the air) or helium tank to inflate it
Step 3: Blow the balloons up to its maximum capacity, so the balloons will float when filled with helium and have a big bang with a big confetti cloud.
Step 4: They are quite delicate once inflated, so handle with care!! This kit could be use it inside or outside.
