These M1070’s are in like new condition and working perfectly, not broken in and still smelling like a new car. Sound is clear and strong from both sides. All parts are in great condition and adjust properly, cable is in good working condition.
Sale includes the headphones in their original box and case with original cable and 1/4” adapter. Box does show wear.
Unit is in excellent physical condition. As pictured, there is a blemish on one yoke. We believe this is a manufacturing defects and not a scratch. Please view photos carefully. We take lots of photos under 1000 watts of camera lights with no filters or post-production. What you see is what you get.

RETURNS
Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.
For items received in the condition described:
1. buyer pays return shipping
2. refund will be less our original shipping costs
3. A 10% re-stocking fee may be assessed.
Returned items must be pre-approved, and items must be returned in the same state in which they were received, in the same box and packaging in which they were received. If this is not the case, additional fees may apply.
SHIPPING
We use UPS or USPS shipping. We will not use FedEx due to repeated problems with them.
For international shipping, we use the eBay Global Shipping Program. Shipping fees and customs charges are calculated by eBay and assessed at checkout. These fees are entirely eBay's, so any questions regarding them should be directed to eBay support.
Hawaii, Alaska, US Protectorates, and APO: Contact us for a shipping quote. We cannot always extend the usual free shipping to these locations due to added cost. However, we will do our best to make it work for you.
