VINTAGE 1960 MADAME ALEXANDER LISSY FACE JO DOLL THE LITTLE WOMEN IN BOX**WOW!!
This is a stunning vintage 1960 Madame Alexander LISSY Face Jo #1225 from the Little Women series.  This doll is about 11 1/2” tall with brown hair and blue sleep eyes.    Her eyes are sticking and may need some work.  Jo has beautiful face coloring with rosy cheeks, and orange/red lipstick.   Her hair is still in its original setting.  The picture shows a tiny black dot on her forehead, that came off and is not longer there.   Jo is wearing a crispy tagged white with black polka dots and a red apron trimmed with red Rick Rack.  She has a black bow at the front of her neckline and a red bow in her hair.  She has a white lace trim half slip, white lace trimmed pantaloons, white socks and black shoes.  The doll does not come with a hang tag.  Jo comes in her original Madame Alexander box that is marked 1225 and has Jo.  The box also has 9.98 written on the end, probably the original price.   The box appears to have one crease on one bottom corner and normal wear and tear from storage.  This beautiful doll was purchased from an estate with many other treasures.  The doll smells a little musty from being stored.  This gorgeous Madame Alexander vintage 1960 LISSY Jo appears to be in like new condition, except as noted and is offered as is.
