Vintage 1960's original green Echoplex tube tape echo / delay for tube or SS amp

Description

Here is Green Tube Echoplex, model EP-2.  Unit is functional and when played with your guitar adds a little sweet overdrive edge to your tone if you set it right. Killer sound with a tube amp, but it will even make a Solid State amp sound better. I used it with a Les Paul and a 63 blond Fender Bassman for years. That's it.  (Don't need no stinkin' stomp boxes with this setup!!).  Just pure sweet analog all tube tone!!   Still has original power cord, footswitch and output coil cord.  NOTE:  Output coil cord was disconnected and removed many years ago (but is included so you can put back to stock if you want).  An output jack was added to use instead, so any guitar cord can be used for standard output connection to the amp.  You plug your guitar cord into the right hand input jack to engage the tape  drive. Output plugs right into any guitar amp.  The handle is there but missing the little chrome cover over the rivets. Also, the original metal tape cartridge cover is gone, and was replaced with a plexiglass one.  Ever since I replaced the tape, which is in a "sealed" cartridge, I didn't use the cover anyway, but it's included. Case is a bit road worn, but not too trashed.  Not perfect, but really a decent unit if you are after one of these, and priced right.  See pics.  I reserve the right to cancel any bids from 0 transaction bidders so don't even try.
