These Beautiful, Elegant Bone China pieces (a trinket dish and lidded heart-shaped box) are finished in a highly polished, shiny white glaze.
They are decorated with an array of stylized, exotic flowers, arranged on beautifully colored branches. These are exquisitely drawn, in fine detail, with their accompanying foliage and buds. Sitting among the branches is a beautiful blue bird with a vibrant light blue, pink and yellow feathered lower half. The trinket dish has a wavy edge and both the dish and lid to the heart box are edged in gold.
The two pieces came to be mine within two weeks of each other from two entirely different, unrelated avenues and locations. They were both unexpected tag-a-longs with other items I purchased. It was like they were meant to be together. Like there was a bond between them.
